Estimates are offered at our facility Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm.
We are locate at 102 Black Creek Road | Birmingham, AL 35217.
We also offer drive through estimates at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham, Irondale Campus, on Tuesdays and Hoover campus on Thursdays. Our Estimator will arrive at 8:30 am and leave at 4:00 pm. When you arrive at the dealership for an estimate we will assess the damages and create all of the necessary documentation. A copy of the documentation will be emailed to you along with a copy of the estimate. This process has proven to expedite the estimate and get you back on the road as soon as possible.
Once you receive your estimate via email you can call our office and schedule a drop off date for the repairs.
